About the Role:
Weare a medical research and education organization that helps international medical graduates/foreign medical graduates (IMG/FMG) to apply and do research for enhancing their CV for USMLE residency entrance match. This involves three months, teaching research videos and hands-on training in Research with at least two publications, one full-fledged manuscript and one abstract to enhance their CV(cannot be guaranteed). The training also includes providing them with a letter of reference based on their performance, which can be used for their residency application, a certificate of completion of this translational clinical research training. We have been successful in helping multiple IMG/FMG’s to get into residencies by successfully publishing in top medical journals and in top medical conferences that has substantial enhanced their CV. Wealso provide clinical training for IMG/FMG to be successful after they get into residency in the US. This is a four-week course with one hour training every weekend teaching how to do Clinic practice in the US, how to see patients in the ward, doing mortality conference, and also a Journal club. These are essential in all residencies within the first couple of months and most IMG/FMG are not acquainted to the AMERICAN clinical style, which we reach here to make them successful in their residency.
Weare looking for a motivated and personable Educational Coordinator to support student enrollment and admissions activities for these two courses. The incumbent must have experience in dealing with enrolling students in NEET/USMLE/ MRCP courses from India. Additional exposure to companies that help sending students abroad like China, Vietnam, Philippines, Russia to do their medical degrees and come back and practice in India is additionally warranted.
This is a remote, India-based, focused role involving high-volume outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, CRM management, and guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, has experience in the environment as described above. He will connect with the leads that he will generate, and after introducing himself fix up time using Calendly to do a presentation. Most students applying for USMLE and American residency are acutely aware of the research need as for most residency based on NRMP () which conducts the match between three manuscript 3- manuscript maybe required depending on the residency for example whether it is Internal medicine/Family Medicine or Neurosurgery. We are one of the feworganizations which give this form of training with over a decades experience, helping courts of residence get into residency in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Leeds based on experience, including advertisements in different social media as required, including LinkedIn.
- Contact prospective students with plans to give USMLE NRIMG/FMG from India, Pakistan Bangladesh or any other country who intends to give USMLE and come to the US? This can be Indian or foreign medical students with MBBS/MD wanting to come to the US.
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and leads. Maintain updated list in the CRM system.
- Conduct detailed counseling explaining the USMLE process and the residency match, including the importance of research for IMG/FMG without which it is almost impossible to get into residency.
- Guide applicants through the enrollment and admissions process.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes after every interaction.
- Complete daily outreach and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the U.S. Enrollment team.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the student journey. Students would be asked to give feedback which will be shared with the incumbent to improve his performance and the company performance.
- Track and work toward daily and monthly enrollment targets. Non-Negotiable Requirements 1. Excellent Spoken and Written English

- Professional and neutral communication style.
- Confident speaking with students’ book based inside and outside the US, but who are IMG/FMG.
- Strong grammar and written communication skills.
- Can conveniently use software like Calendly to book appointments with prospective students and give them presentations.
- Must conveniently know to handle canvas/PowerPoint/other AI and related software to make beautiful presentation.
2. Ability to Work U.S. Time Zones
- Must be available during U.S. business hours in CST which would include from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM India time and 6 PM to 10 PM India time.
- Must be flexible to support prospects across Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones and countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Middle East, erstwhile Russian Republic, like Georgia and eastern Europe.
3. Phone & CRM Experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls every day.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Accurate CRM documentation.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in admissions, inside sales and Customer Service servicing USMLE/ NEET candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong computer skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet home-office environment with a computer.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Working Hours 6.30 AM – 10. 30 PM
- IST The role requires flexibility to support prospects during U.S. business hours.
Compensation & Engagement
- ₹20,000/month during the 3-month probation period. Income should have enough experience to bring in students from the very first month.
- ₹25,000 -30000++/month upon confirmation as a permanent employee. Final compensation will depend on salary plus commission.
- Incentive/commission Will be applied as explained above.
- Temporary-to-hire engagement with eligibility for permanent employment following successful completion of probation.
- Consultant engagement with a U.S.-based company.
- No TDS/PF deductions.
- No additional formal benefits are currently offered.

- Daily outbound calls
- Speed-to-lead response time

- Successfully reaching target set every month.
